I took a little break from this feature in January as the musical landscape was covered in snow and in hibernation.
Now there has been a thaw there are some amazing tunes around. Here are my top 10 for this month:
- Arjonas & Chris Jones – Love Comes In Colours (Acoustic mix) (Zouk Recordings)
- Thallie Ann Seenyen – Dub4 (Las Salinas radio edit) (Dappa Cherry)
- Randy Boyer ft. Parker – Always Missing (Weirdness radio remix) (EnMass Music)
- Beyonce – End Of Time (Wawa mix) (Sony Music)
- Giovanni Bottai – Rockets (Original mix) (HJM Recordings)
- Antillas ft. Fiora – Damaged (Green & Falkner remix) (Zouk Recordings)
- Aknael & Bekeela ft. Jane Maximova – Your Love (Original mix) (Vendace Records)
- Rebels Without A Cause & York – Red Violin (York’s radio mix) (Planet Love Records)
- Ferry Corsten ft. Ellie Lawson – A Day Without Rain (Original mix) (New State Music)
- Hypertrophy ft. Nicola Quilter – Ocean Meets The Sun (Andre Visior & Cold Blue remix) (Breathe Music)
Thallie Ann Seenyen is a hot new artist with a stunning voice. The Beyonce and Bottai are dance floor gold dust. The Antillas is a fresh version of a classic. The Akneal & Bekeeka is simply a beautiful record. The Rebels Without A Cause is a great fusion of styles. Ferry Corsten’s new track is from his forthcoming WKND album and I think is one of the best he has ever done. The Hypertrophy is a wonderful piece of trance.
Uplifting euphoric dance music? Absolutely!
